Our strength
Shouwa Seiki’s strengths can be found in three areas: cutting technology, design and development, and prototype production.
In the 44 years since our founding, we have responded with meticulous attention to the various needs of our customers by providing one-stop service and solutions for optimum products for our customers as well as by accepting orders for standalone products. In addition to designing and developing automated and labor-saving machines, we also specialize in high-precision micromachining of complex shapes of silicon, Teflon, and difficult-to-cut materials. In recent years, we have also directed our attention toward a new era as a company promoting industry-academia collaborative initiatives that leverage state-of-the art technology in combination with cutting technology that we have cultivated over the years.
We believe that each machine model has its own individual characteristics.
We contribute to our customers’ achievements by making the most of the technology we have cultivated in machining difficult-to-cut materials such as semiconductors, electronic devices, and core components of vacuum equipment, using the latest equipment to match individual characteristics, and by emphasizing the importance of human hand finishing while adjusting parameters.
We respond to a wide variety of fields from automation and labor saving of production facilities, design and development of new medical equipment parts to hydrogen and fuel cell related parts, while taking into account customer demands. Mechanical equipment
Shouwa Seiki offers a wide variety of machines including 8 lathe-related machines, 17 machining-related machines, radial drilling machines, and EDM wire cutting machines. Our latest introduction of a 5-axis multi-tasking machining center enables high-mix, low-volume production, using a multi-pallet system. Also, 5-axis machining that allows simultaneous indexing enables multi-sided machining with a single setup.
We have realized modern “Monozukuri (manufacturing)” by combining the latest technology with our cutting technology and know-how cultivated over 44 years since our founding.
