The multi-pallet system enables high-mix, low-volume production of so-called difficult-to-cut materials such as tungsten, stainless steel, alloy steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, and hardened steel. In addition, simultaneous 5-axis machining enables continuous machining of 3-dimensional curved surfaces as well as multi-sided machining of undercuts with a single setup.
We can accept orders from designing machining of simple parts to machining of complex shapes by using 3D CAD/CAMS software.

We have installed coordinate measuring machines that can measure rounded portions and targets on imaginary lines, measurement of which is not possible with conventional calipers, micrometers, and scales.
The machine can measure shape deviations such as roundness, parallelism, and flatness by detecting coordinates in three directions in space and accurately capturing the position and shape of the target.
In addition, we also have a variety of image dimension measuring instruments and surface roughness measuring instruments.

We have a variety of flat surface grinders that can grind flat surfaces with grinding wheels from roughing to finishing with a single unit at high speed and EDM wire cutting machines that can perform high-precision machining regardless of the hardness of the workpiece.
EDM wire cutting machines are economical because they do not require the use of as many tools as machining centers and can process without wasting materials, and above all, they can perform fine and complex processing using only wire according to the program. We, at Shouwa Seiki, always understand the advantages and disadvantages of each machine, and make proposals that match each customer each time.
